IP-4 would guarantee a Vote Before Tolls on Oregon highways

County commissioners voted 4-0 to back the “Vote Before Tolls” initiative, or IP-4. They feel ODOT hasn’t listened to their concerns. The initiative is retroactive and would include all projects included in Oregon’s HB 2017.
